Cherokee Equities LLC shares office space and a phone number with other
"Cherokee" business entities, and some individuals are involved in
multiple "Cherokee" activities. However, be advised that Cherokee
Equities LLC is a separate legal entity from any others, and similarities in the
names or otherwise is for convenience, but does not imply or confer any
cross-responsibility or other connection.
We have our own in-house real estate brokerage, Quest Commercial, Inc., a licensed New Jersey real estate broker, and a New Jersey corporation. Charlotte Cohen is the Broker of Record.
